Does my Excel file need a specific format?
No rigid format required. Our system intelligently detects common column names like "Name", "Student Name", and subject headers. If something doesn't match, we highlight it so you can adjust.
Can I re-upload if I find a mistake?
Absolutely. Uploading again for the same class/term/year replaces existing results. Correct your Excel and re-upload as many times as needed before printing.
How long does AI comment generation take?
About 2–5 seconds per student. For a class of 40 students, expect 1–3 minutes total. You'll see real-time progress as each comment is generated.
What if a student is missing marks for a subject?
Missing marks appear as a dash and are excluded from average calculations. The system never assigns a failing grade for absent data.
Can I edit AI-generated comments?
Yes. Every comment is fully editable after generation. Add personal touches, adjust tone, or rewrite completely before saving to the report card.
Do report cards work offline after download?
